Our code of ethics

Professional ethics ensure that our coaches are:

  • “competent” through their training and experience
  • respectful of professional secrecy
  • regularly supervised by their peers
  • seeking to develop their client’s autonomy and responsibility
  • subject to a duty of confidentiality and professional discretion
  • attentive to the organization and the client’s interests
  • willing to accept only the missions that they are able to take on

“Supervision is a deep thought process about the role of a coach, which aims at improving their personal and professional abilities. It is a confrontational space, in which the supervisor stimulates the coach to question themselves and their attitude, their perceptions, their emotions, their actions. They instantly become coached by a coach for coaches.”
